Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day start processing the same day. Larger items such as riding mowers may ship by freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Items must be new and unused, in their original condition. Once your return arrives, we process your refund within 14 days. See our return policy for full details.

It depends on the model. Most push mowers need only the handle attached, which takes a few minutes. Assembly details are listed on each product page, and our team can walk you through setup.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page. If anything looks off, email us at info@tilnoari.store.
